So, some of the greatest ladies on the blogosphere and I decided to get together and start a podcast dedicated to film. Those ladies are, alphabetically, Alex from Film Forager, Allison from Nerdvampire, Caitlin from 1,416 and Counting and, well, me. This is our first episode, and it’s still a little raw — but it’s suprisingly hilarious. We discuss our background in film and blogging whilst bashing the hell out of Twilight, Gerald Butler romantic comedies and the skeleton that is Keira Knightley.
Yeah, these girls are pretty much the real deal. I hope you enjoy our first podcast, and we’ll have another one up for you as soon as we decide on some semblance of a structure and schedule.

Awesome podcast. I laughed hard at the Gerry Butler and Twilight stuff (I think it sends an awful message for young men as well as young women).
Oh, and I have an unhealthy obsession with Craig Ferguson too, and I’m a heterosexual male. Can the restraining order be far away?
@Jake Thanks for listening in on our podcast. You’re a sweetheart. Yes, I got a bit of a slap on the wrist for my Craig Ferguson outburst. The podcast went from PG to Explicit in a matter of seconds. But, come on, you can’t talk about Craig Ferguson without a couple swears. I checked out your blog, and you’re ridiculously prolific. It’s admirable.
Sid the bunny reincarnation of British Punk would have been proud. As Craig himself would say, “Sometimes only a cuss will do.” I actually wrote a piece on Craig about six months ago when I was spending every free moment of the day watching clips of him over and over.
And thanks for checking out the blog. It’s easy to be prolific when you have absolutely no responsibilities. =)
@Jake Sid is awesome incarnate. How could you not worship a bunny that swears like a sailor? I love looking at my archive numbers, seeing how the posts-per-month have quickly lost momentum as I graduated and got a full-time job. I need to get back in the saddle and post some more.
I already mentioned this to Sasha but I thought it was entertaining and fun. Keep it up!
@Caroline Thank you!
i too enjoyed the bits about gerry butler’s terrible choices and his buddy craig ferguson! i’m a recent recruit to the robot skeleton army myself…
@Joyce Finally.
